A man was slashed in the face with a razor after a dispute on the subway turned violent early Sunday morning, cops said.

Two men got into an argument onboard a southbound 2 train as it approached the Wall Street station around 12:20 a.m., cops said.

The dispute escalated and the suspect cut the 57-year-old victim in the forehead with a razor, police said.

The victim got off the train at Wall Street, cops added. Police later recovered the razor from the scene.

The suspect got off the train at the Fulton Street station and fled in an unknown direction, cops said.

The victim was transported to New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he’s recovering in stable condition, according to police.

No description of the suspect was immediately available.
