Bow Man Accused Of Strangulation, Meth Possession In Penacook: Court | Concord, NH Patch

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shane Duval, 34, of Laconia Road in Tilton on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge after an incident on Jan. 27 in Franklin.

Danielle Fabrizio, 42, of Donald Drive in Goffstown on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on Nov. 19, 2021, after being convicted twice before on theft of property or services.

Scott Ford, 53, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of working with Becky Ramirez to smuggle drugs, disguised as legal mail, into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on May 8, 2021, according to the indictment.

Michael Foye, 46, of Webster Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a trail camera and archery sight from the Bass Pro Shop in Hooksett on March 23. Twice before, according to the indictment, Foye was convicted on theft charges.

Randall P. Francis, 43, of Summer Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 14 in Concord.

Sarah Fortin, 28, of Robert Rogers Road in Dunbarton on a felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge on Feb. 24 on Hall Street in Concord.

Kevin Gil, 51, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of cutting another person's face with a razor and punching them in the ribs on Sept. 13, 2021, inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men. Gil, according to press reports, was sentenced in 2001 to 45 years to life after pleading guilty to stabbing a man to death in a motel room in 2000. He was arrested in 2003 in Massachusetts after escaping from prison in Concord.

Chad R. Glodgett, 39, of Centre Street in Concord on receiving stolen property and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, clonazepam and fentanyl, charges, all felonies on Jan. 25 in Concord. The stolen property charge, according to the indictment, was a key fob owned by Quality Granite.

Jade Green, 21, of Main Street in Andover on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of exercising control over a 2005 Toyota Highlander owned by another person on Dec. 3, 2021, in Andover.

Matthew Haddock, 22, pictured, with a last known address of Page Road in Bow, on second-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault, and possession of meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Elm Street in Penacook on March 18. The charge stems from an incident on Elm Street in Penacook on March 19.
